What should I do if my payment is refused ?

If your payment is refused, please check the following points :

• - the details entered (card number, expiry date and security code)
• - the expiry date of your bank card.
• - the purchase limit authorised on your bank card.
• - If, despite checking these elements, you are unable to finalise your payment, please contact Customer Services.

How do I claim tax-free allowances ?

Please contact Customer Service so that we can check that your order meets the conditions for zero-rating and send you the form to complete.
